2008 Fall Season
The Registration fee is $35 per individual player in the U6 and U8 age groups and $40 per individual player in the U10 and U12 age groups ($45 for U18). There is a maximum registration fee of $80 per family. There is a $10 late fee for registrations received after July 1, 2008. First time players are exempt from the late fee. The fees are charged to cover the cost of local and state affiliations, insurance, league and referee fees, equipment, training and maintenance. Click on the Age Requirements button on the left to determine the age group for your child.

Please fill out a form for each child being registered and mail it to the following address:

Please be sure to include the following with the completed registration form:
- Check made payable to "WBYS" (please do not send cash).
- A passport size photo of your child if they are playing in the U12 and up age groups (spring season only). No photos are required for U6, U8, and U10 players.
- If you checked off on the form that you would like to coach a team or help coach a team you will also need a passport size photo of yourself for the coach's passcard (spring and fall seasons). This pertains to U10 and up coaches. U6 and U8 coaches do not require passcards.
All U10, U12 and up registration forms must be received by July 1 so that roosters can be turned in to MYSA and MAYS.
