Coaching

Currently we are facing a shortage in the number of coaches for some age groups.  If you are interested in coaching a team, helping to coach a team, or would simply like to learn more about being involved in the WBYS program you should contact Mike Wade at 508-867-8323.

CORI Background Check

All adults 18 years of age and over who participate in our program must complete a CORI form.  This includes coaches, assistant coaches, referees, etc.  Click Here to open the online form on the MYSA website.  This form only has to be filled out once and is good for as long as you participate in the program.

Please note.  When filling out the online form enter "West Brookfield Youth Soccer" in the club name field.  Make sure to use your complete legal name.  Also enter "rjrichard8@charter.net" in the email field at the bottom.  This will send Bob Richard, our registrar, an email notifying him that you have completed the form.
